PROFILE	Paula is responsible for ensuring our clients’ benefit planning needs are met by developing comprehensive benefit plan designs, financial analyses, and customer support. Paula also provides clients with HR and payroll consulting services. She shares her technology experience and supports the development of WEBSURANCE, an online benefit quoting, procurement, and invoicing website owned by Howell’s sister company, Howell Benefit Technologies LLC. Prior to joining Howell Benefit Services, Paula recently held the position of a freelance HR consultant, served as HRIS/Benefits Manager at DBI, Assistant Director of HR at the Commonwealth Medical College, and also held various HR and technology positions at PG Energy, Southern Union and UGI. Paula holds a bachelor degree in Human Resources Management for Kings College.
