PROFILE	Roger has worked with decision makers as an employee benefits advisor since 1978. His primary professional responsibilities include client development and integrated planning for national accounts, employers with over 100 employees and professional service practices. Roger’s areas of expertise are health and welfare benefits, human resource technology, collective bargaining strategy, cost management, acquisition and merger benefit integration, benefit communication and consumerism. He is licensed in all 50 states for the sale of life and health insurance and is a registered representative of Cambridge Investment Research, Inc. Roger is a member of International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans and the National Association of Health Underwriters (NAHU). He is also certified as an ACA advisor with NAHU and on the Federally Facilitated Exchange (FFE). Roger is a pioneer in the development and implementation of paperless, online employee benefit plan procurement, management and billing systems. His firm is a certified third party administrator and national provider of small group health and welfare benefits utilizing a network of downstream producers in multiple states.
